To keep the beer flowing engineers are on the road and at work all the time and all over the country. You can imagine the logistic and administrative challenges this presents to an organization.

To streamline this process all engineers are equipped with a PDA running Tensing’s mobility solution. The PDAs keep engineers in contact with the planning department and the back office of Heineken; the engineers receive tasks and send their work orders directly to the home office.
