Working at Tensing

The culture at Tensing can be described as informal, serious and involved. Informal because we associate with each other in a relaxed and equal manner. Serious because we take our work seriously. We work hard to meet the expectations of our customer and to continue to deliver innovative and technically high-quality services and products. Involved because we really are involved: with the company, with the customer and with our relations.

Tensing has a diverse staff. You will find suits and jeans, motor bikes and minivans, hard rock and jazz lovers. That’s what we like. We are a team made up of individuals.

Outside of work our lives our filled with activities, sometimes with colleagues only and sometimes we bring the whole family along. That’s the fun part, getting to know each other even better. Sailing trips on the Tensing sailboat, the annual BBQ in our Director’s backyard, the annual holiday dinner or the Friday afternoon drink, just a few examples of Tensing activities. But also on occasions colleagues will meet up for a drink or on the weekends on their own.
