Consultant

"I started at Tensing in the beginning of 2007. I have a degree in Informatics, but I also studied English language and culture, almost a double major. During my interview at Tensing we discussed which job would suit me best because of my dual studies. I started working on customer specific functional designs for our mobile solution. But I have also worked on translating product documentation and test software in the area of Field Vision. The diversity in my daily activity makes this job fun."

"I also have a personal coach who helps me to further develop my skills in several aspects of IT. An example is that I have been given the opportunity to set up a project desk in 2008. As co-coordinator of the project service group I maintain all project overviews and make sure all our consultants have access to the information they need."

"I like working at Tensing; the atmosphere is casual where possible, but serious when necessary. As a new employee you’re introduced to all your new colleagues and everyone is interested in who you are and what you do. On the first day I was given time to get to know the company through the Intranet. There were several articles about activities my new colleagues engaged in outside of work. In my spare time I like to play tennis and listen to music. I enjoy a night out to the theater, a concert or a restaurant or a quit evening on the couch with a book or movie."
