It’s an uphill battle at times, but I have plenty of support in the office and from our colleagues in the Dutch office."

"I do travel quite often for work and sometimes I work late ours, but there’s an upside. Tensing gives me the flexibility to indulge in my favorite past time, flying (planes not like superman). I’m a certified pilot and part owner of an experimental aerobatic airplane. I fly every chance I get weather (and wife) permitting, which means I might just leave the office a bit early to punch some holes in the sky.
