The Tensing job application wizard, how does it work?
Great, you have decided to apply for a job on line. The wizard will ask you for some general information about yourself. Next, it will present you a number of statements, to which you can respond by choosing 1 of the 2 possible answers. These statements tell you something about us and enquire about you. There are no wrong or right answers. Each answer that you provide, will add to your total number of points. At the end of this wizard, we make up your score and inform you of it. We may want to contact you right away, if your profile matches perfectly. It may also be the case that we think Tensing is not the right choice for you. This does not mean we will delete your data instantaneously. We regard this to be a tool, no more and no less. That is why we take a careful look at every application, no matter the score from the wizard.
